    BATTERY LIFE

If you could reduce your annual fuel costs by using an electric moped for all your urban commuting, what would that do?

      The new lithium world
      ELECTRIC MOPEDS
After an investment in Lithium finally bought me a home to live in, it seems logical to extend the theme to transport and the possibility that an electric scooter/moped would be the answer to my local transport requirements. Requirements include; getting to and around the golf course with a round trip of 30km; the ability to stay on cycle paths only; (at 70 + feel that is my best chance of staying alive); being able to easily fit my clubs to an attachment on the rear; and if I wish to go to golf further afield, the ability to get said scooter somehow into the back of a Nissan Xtrail. How is the question? The EGO (a brilliant name and I feel mine rising) seems to fit the bill in nearly every aspect. Not sure about transporting it if I have to, and not sure about Gov regulations. I don't really want to have something that needs to be registered, but clearly 3rd party damage or injury would be a concern. I'm an ol fart after all. And, haven't had a bike in 30 years. That Ducati seems a lifetime ago. And another question; in the Queensland sun, an umbrella holder would seem to to be an obvious attachment. Or, a couple of tube brackets that a removable L shaped sun shade can be fitted into. Of course I still have to find out if the golf club will allow scooters such as the E Go. Cheers John

How far do you travel to your local?
      BATTERY LIFE
EGO CITY has a battery capacity to take a 70kg rider 60kms on a single charge. we recommend that 40kms is the safe distance to travel without depleting your battery and retaining all of the bikes performance. With a one hour fast charge, could you travel to and from your office? university? or shops?
